Wig Maintenance
You will be able to send in your old wig for a complete refresher. If you would like a lace replacement it cannot be for factory made units. ONLY from other custom wig makers. You will have to purchase a lace separately. The cost of a lace is NOT included in this price. You can send in your own lace if you do not want to purchase my lace, but the $30 fee will still be applied due to lace customizations. If you would like to purchase lace from me, please reach out to me via email or chat support.
This service includes:
-Wash
-Deep Conditioning Treatment
-Styling
-Re-stitching any loose tracks
-Cutting damaged ends if needed
-Replacing elastic band if needed

*Shipping price will be for the return of final product. You will be sent a separate email confirmation that will include an address to send your unit to. Send in tracking information once your unit has been shipped out to me.

* ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the nature of this product, refunds will not be issued.
What is the nature of this product? Hair extensions. Hair extensions cannot be resold after being handled or worn by the buyer. For this reason, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
* If you have placed an order and would like to cancel your order, there will be a $25 flat rate fee deducted. Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of original purchase date.
* Exchanges are only accepted when you have received the wrong items.

All orders are processed in the way they are received. Processing time takes 2-3 business days for payment to clear.

Custom Wig Orders:
Please allow 10-15 business days for all custom wig orders.
Business days does NOT include holidays and weekends. Orders placed over the weekend and/or holidays will begin processing by the following business day. Once your order has been shipped out, you will receive an email with tracking information. Due to COVID-19, please prepare for delays. Do not book your hair appointment before receiving your package as we cannot guarantee the exact delivery date.
