Ready-to-Ship:

Please allow 2-3 business days for shipping for all ready-to-ship wigs. 

Custom Wig Orders:

Please allow 10-15 business days for all custom wig orders. 

Business days does NOT include holidays and weekends. Orders placed over the weekend and/or holidays will begin processing by the following business day. Once your order has been shipped out, you will receive an email with tracking information. Due to COVID-19, please prepare for delays. Do not book your hair appointment before receiving your package as we cannot guarantee the exact delivery date. Once your order has been shipped out, Strandologist LLC cannot change any order details.
