Bring Your Own Bundles
With this service, you will be able to send in your own human hair bundles and lace and I will turn it into a customized wig with your desired style. When you have purchased this service, I will send you an email that includes the address you'll need to send your bundles to. Hair must be shipped out within 4 to 5 business days after payment has been made. Please use the name you booked your service with and provide your order number to prevent confusion.
Turn around time:
My turn around time will be 7 to 10 business days after bundles have been received.

* ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the nature of this product, refunds will not be issued.
What is the nature of this product? Hair extensions. Hair extensions cannot be resold after being handled or worn by the buyer. For this reason, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
* If you have placed an order and would like to cancel your order, there will be a $25 flat rate fee deducted. Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of original purchase date.
* Exchanges are only accepted when you have received the wrong items.

All orders are processed in the way they are received. Processing time takes 2-3 business days for payment to clear.
Ready-to-Ship:

Custom Wig Orders:
Please allow 10-15 business days for all custom wig orders.
Business days does NOT include holidays and weekends. Orders placed over the weekend and/or holidays will begin processing by the following business day. Once your order has been shipped out, you will receive an email with tracking information. Due to COVID-19, please prepare for delays. Do not book your hair appointment before receiving your package as we cannot guarantee the exact delivery date.
